Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in a clean, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid Australia Post shipping label provided through the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any Australia Post office or drop it in a red street pillar box, then track your refund via the link sent to your email.
